Sunday night March 6, Tyga went on Twitter and talked about a letter that he allegedly received from the man he thought was his father, who is in prison serving a life sentence.
Tyga says he never met his real father, but if he had to pick one, it would be Tupac Shakur.
“Pac taught me a lot more than my own father,” he wrote.
“Inspired me, motivated me, listened without ever being there.”
He posted a photo of himself and a photo of Tupac and labeled it “Dad.”
That sent fans into a frenzy.
One wrote: “Are you tripping? He’s rolling over in his grave. Only similarity: Tupac’s dead, like your career.”
One person wrote: “That should have been you in the car with Suge Knight.”
Another wrote: If Tyga makes it to thug paradise (which I highly doubt), Pac is gonna whoop his a** for posting that…”
There have been rumors for years that Tupac had a daughter, but that was never proven.
