LASTMA officers ignore bleeding accident victim in Lagos for the most mind boggling reason

Today, an unfortunate citizen in Lagos saw the brutal side of life in Nigeria when uniformed men who are supposed to give us a sense of protection abandoned him to his fate.

The young man was involved in an accident at Ikeja-Along bustop, Ikeja, and the LASTMA officials there left the guy to almost bleed to death. For 20 minutes he lay there, surrounded by concerned Nigerians and unconcerned LASTMA officials. No ambulance and no help from the officials.

What was their excuse for not helping the injured gentleman? You won't believe it when you read it.
