Officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) were seen this morning violently dragging a bus driver (who refused to be dragged) right in the middle of the road at 7up motorways, Oregun in Ikeja area of Lagos.
With this kind of experience on a daily basis, is it a wonder that Lagos drivers don't behave like normal human beings?
The cause of the "battle" was not revealed.
